Opera 9.5 Beta Soon To Come

A couple of days ago I’ve asked if anyone know more about “Opera’s Product Launch Party” and of course, no one was able to answer this question. However, today we finally know whole party “reason”. They will be releasing Opera 9.5 next Thursday (25 October).

Um, 9.5 final won’t be released at the party. It’s far from complete. However, Opera will be releasing some really innovative tool for your phone, in all likelihood. Every message about Rock Opera has been “bring your phone and everyone else’s phone you can stuff into your pocket. We’ll have loading docks to load stuff onto your phones.”
The focus of the party will be on the mobile platform, not so much on the desktop platform. 9.5 Beta was an afterthought for them, I’m guessing.
