I think I’m definitely going to start using Google chrome, but only when it reaches version 35… I think it’s too immature before that.

And the V8 suite is so full of it. How can it be possible that Chrome has so big scores when its performance in the real web is nothing like that? And when other suites don’t give it nearly as big an advantage?

Besides, performance is pretty much irrelevant at these levels. If it weren’t, Opera would have been the king a few years ago when it was still faster than Firefox… Chrome is getting its market share because of it’s baby-like looks.

Face it, Chrome is just crazily fast, and is only getting faster. Speed does matter.

Google doesn’t just win at the V8 benchmark, but also at other things like Sunspider and Peacekeeper. It’s certainly much faster than Firefox!

Chrome is getting market share because it just works, and it has Google’s advertising machinery forcing it on everyone, LOL.

    And the adverts, of course.

Where is nobbie? Isn’t he going to start ranting about how Chrome will get slower over time? Is he hiding now that the proof is in the pudding (again)?

Guess he’s tired of being wrong about everything he says, without exception, LOL.

In the URL above shows that Chrome 5 is going even beating Opera 10.52, that means all the browsers developers in this world were enjoy and didn’t do much hardwork to use the available hardware efficiently. All the developer were forcing us to improve the hardware speed to gain performance.

Now all developers seems to be working real hard, for the sake of their own business of market share & revenue. The side effect of this is we are getting a overall good browser from all these browser vendors.

I really congrats!! Chome team for this speed acheivement. This will eventually push IE to become better, IE is my primary browser.
