By | May 11, 2014

It’s the middle of May as we dig into the previous month’s mobile market share data.

Kicking things off with Safari, Apple’s web browser has seen a decrease of 2.14 points, from 53.91% to 51.77%.

Next is Android Browser which too experienced a drop in the market share numbers, from 23.44% to 22.56% (0.88 point decrease).

Google Chrome continues to edge higher, up from 12.94% to 14.40% (1.46 point increase).

A big surprise is Opera Mini, which reversed the downtrend and is up by 1.54 point, from 3.51% to 5.05%.

Lastly, Internet Explorer, down by 0.05 point, from 2.31% to 2.26%.

That’s all for now, folks.
