    My father, who is over 65 years old, buys a new computer biyearly and are currently using Firefox. He has tried IE8, Opera and Chrome previously. Though he has started with the “I can’t computer” recently, which scares me :(

    I had a PC repair business and I remember the excuses people would make up not to upgrade their software… They are just used to something and most of them are afraid to try something new.
