UC Browser Bumped To Version 2.8
As we await for the promised Opera Mobile web browser, Windows Phone users will be happy to know that UC Browser, one of the top productivity applications in the Microsoft’s marketplace, has been updated to version 2.8.
With over 400 million users worldwide (assumingly on all platforms combined), UC Browser 2.8 brings UI improvements for Nokia Lumia 920 users, various bug fixes and optimizations as well as two new features:
File Syncs & Ports, which allows downloaded music files to be synced to your Xbox Music / Video hub.
Find in Page, originally seen in IE9 RTM, then removed in WP 7.5 and re-introduced in the WP8 version of Internet Explorer 10.
If you haven’t tried UC Browser yet, it’s probably one of the best (if not the best) 3rd party web browsers out there.
