Recently, Norwegian browser maker has ditched the Beta tag for its Opera Mini build on Windows Phone. Now, it looks like the company is also planing to release a build for Windows 10.
When exactly? The only time frame that they provided was “later this year” and it is unknown whether or not it will be ready before Windows 10 hits the streets.

Yesterday was desktop and today is the mobile Firefox day.
What’s interesting when it comes to Android releases for both phones and PCs is that changelogs are always different, which, assuming you use both, doubles the amount of goodies.
So what exactly is so great about the Firefox 38 for Android? The most welcome and most noticeable change is the updated user interface, which features a fresh welcome screen, new “Synced Tabs” panel layout, and ability to share stuff to Firefox via “Add to Firefox” feature.
In addition to that, Firefox 38 for Android brings support for the L theme, ability to send a tab to another device or add it to the reading list as well as few developer related features.

Surfy Browser For Windows Phone Gets Updated
Version 5.4.
Now here’s something if you are paranoid about your privacy. The recently released Surfy 5.4 now includes a pretty neat option, which allows you to protect your web browser data. Despite the fact that it already has an in-private browsing mode, developers have decided to go an extra mile and include a passcode box. As a result, when you launch Surfy 5.4, users will be required to type in the password, same happens if you leave your phone inactive for a few minutes.
In addition to this new feature, there are also various bug fixes, performance improvements and support for Kannada language, which even Windows Phone itself does not support.

Concept: Opera Mobile For Windows Phone 8
Makes you want more.
Earlier this year we talked about the Google Chrome web browser running on Microsoft Windows Phone 8 operating system. Now, guys at PocketPC made another render but this time it’s Opera.
Interestingly enough, it has some neat ideas, such as: dynamically updated live tiles (see video below for a cheesy demo) with news from Opera’s portal, speed dial thumbnbails that match those of WP8 start screen and more.

Opera Now Has 200 Million Mobile Users
With the release of the latest mobile web trends report, Norwegian browser maker has announced that their mobile products (Opera Mini and Opera Mobile) are now used by more than 200 million people worldwide.
As it turns out, the majority of these numbers come from the Opera Mini (183 million users) while Opera Mobile is used by 17 million people.
