Maxthon Tests Tear-off Feature
Written by Vygantas Lipskas on August 18, 2009
Guys who develop Maxthon web browser are working on a new feature which would allow users to detach videos from the rest of the page.
What does that mean?
It’s similar to any media player. Users will be able to drag video anywhere on the screen, which makes it possible to watch videos and surf web at the same time. Simple, yet useful.
While feature is still being worked on, they haven’t provided any details on release date.

It’s a fantastic enhancement, congrats to Maxthon team!
A simple question.
Which browser comes first with bookmarks synch, Maxthon or Opera?
And which had first the ability to undo closed tabs?
Haven’t tried Maxthon so have no idea (2.0 uses Trident layout engine, enough said)
By the way Maxthon always uses the trident layout engine. This is nothing new in M2.
Maxthon has had closed-tab-undo for a long time. I thought every browser had that ;)
