Internet Explorer 11 For Windows Phone 8.1 Features RevealedStill has some catching up to do.

It looks like the upcoming version of IE11, which will be delivered later this year once Windows Phone 8.1 hits the streets, will finally deliver some of the basic features that users have been requesting for ages.

As suspected earlier, Internet Explorer 11Mobile will include a tab sync option as well as:

– Private (incognito) mode
– Password manager
– … and ability to download and upload content within IE11

While these features are far from impressive, it does show you how far behind times Microsoft’s mobile web browser really is.

  1. What I’m waiting for is Live Tile support on Internet Explorer mobile.

It’s silly that the same browser has this on Windows 8, but there’s nothing on mobile (where you’re more likely to see this in use).
