      follow the instrucionts I gave to WEnte and you iwll pley nicely, I have testes it on Opera 11 and it works perfectly

    v opens the “download Opera voice libraries” dialog, h focuses the address bar, backspace goes back one page, enter brings me to some other page. Even if I disable single key shortcuts.

      You have configured the old one, instead of the new one, to enable it if oyu have an old installation (if you have a fresh one, or 10 and upper I think)
      you have to go to
      press ctr+F12 or click menu->configuration->options->
      select the tab advanced->shortcuts (down below)
      and in the keyboard configuration select Opera standard, instead of the Opera 9.2 compatible
