Firefox 3.1 Private Browsing Mode Is Here

By | November 5, 2008

The latest Firefox 3.1 Beta nightly build now includes private browsing mode (Tools > Private Browsing) which was dropped before Firefox 3.0 Final release.

This feature will allow you to surf the web anonymously. Once you return to a normal browsing mode, it will automatically delete all tracking data such as: cookies, cache, history, saved passwords, etc.

Private browsing will be also included in Internet Explorer 8 Final.
