2 Years of Web Browsers

By | June 13, 2009 | 3 Comments

I can’t believe it started 2 years ago, the 13th of June, 2007. Who could ever thought that random thoughts during insomnia could transform into something what FavBrowser.com is today…

I would like to thank you for reading this blog, writers, web browser makers, for your comments, ideas, criticism, suggested articles and support. With continuously growing user base, you have made it a reality.

And just to remember our old days, here is a list of all FavBrowser.com logos + concepts; from the day it began… Until now.

Early days…

Few months after… August, 2007

Logo concept which never made a cut.

FavBrowser v2 launch, January, 2008

Update after Google Chrome release, aka current logo.

Possible FavBrowser.com v3 concept (never released).

Lots of ideas are planned. One of them might even see the daylight as early as Q3, 2009.

See you after 1 year :-)

    Congrats to the page.
    Long live favbrowser.
I really like the logo concept but a little too not contrasting and too much with details.

Excellent site; visited this site every day for the last year or so, but never commented – I prefer lying low, in the shadows. Keep up the great work.

I like the v3 preview. You should have some Beta Testers.
