Internet Explorer Loses. Firefox, Safari and Opera Gains (May 08)

Yet again we have new web browsers market share data report.
Internet Explorer continues losing its market share. This time it lost more than 1%, from 74.83% to 73.75% (1.08% decrease).
With the Firefox 3 RC release, Firefox managed to increase its market share by 0.65%, from 17.76% to 18.41%. Read more

After some strange results, for example: huge Internet Explorer gains and other web browsers drops in the market share, HitsLink made some changes. Yes, it’s time for the “fixed” 2008, April market share report.
After Internet Explorer 8 Beta 1 release, IE increased its market share by 0.03% (from 74.80% to 74.83%) for a first time since October, 2007. Read more

It’s that time of the month again. We are ready to let you know about “2008 January Browsers Market Share Results”. You may check previous month results here). So how’s your favorite web browser doing? Let’s see that now.
Yet another market share decrease for Internet Explorer, from 76.04% to 75.47% (0.47% decrease).
After the previous 0.8% increase, this time Firefox managed to increase its market a share a bit less, from 16.80% to 16.98% (0.18% increase). Read more
2007 December Browsers Market Share Results

It’s time for the December, 2007 web browsers market share report. See November stats here.
As you will see in this graph, there are some noticeable changes for the Opera web browsers. Not sure why, but both of them (Opera and Opera Mini) got slightly different values than they should. It’s the second month, so not sure if it’s a bug. However, we have keep going and post what we know.
Yet another bad month for the Internet Explorer. This time it felt from 77.35% to 76.04% (1.31% decrease).
Firefox market share continues growing and might reach 20% very soon, they have increased its market share by 0.79%: from 16.01% to 16.80%. Read more
