Firefox First Run Page… Come On

Firefox Some time ago I’ve reviewed 4 web browsers home pages and compared their web design, Firefox was the winner. This time I have some critics regarding Firefox “first run” page. Come on, this is not professional. How come that Mozilla’s Web Designers Team (or something like that) can’t make pictures look good? I had no troubles doing that.

I think that their buttons background is ugly. There are smarter ways to reduce pictures size without losing so much of their quality.

Microsoft Silverlight 1.0 Final Released

Not exactly news about web browsers. However, Microsoft Silverlight is a very web browser related plug-in. I am happy to announce that Microsoft justy released Silverlight 1.0 Final. So, what exactly Silverlight is?

Firefox 3 Receives Remember Password Upgrade

Firefox Firefox 3 team keeps releasing new Firefox 3 nightly builds with new features and/or fixes. This time they’ve upgraded “remember password” feature, once you enter your details and trying to login, Firefox 3 will ask either if you want to remember those details or not. So no more accidently saved invalid passwords, now you’ve got a plenty of time to think before clicking “Remember” if entered details were correct or not.
