Internet Explorer 9 On Windows Phone 7 Mango
With yesterday’s Windows Phone Mango reveal, Microsoft has also detailed some of the upcoming Internet Explorer 9 features and changes.
According to Joe Belfiore, corporate vice president and director of Windows Phone Program Management, IE9 Mobile has the very same rendering engine that is also used in the PC version of Internet Explorer 9.

Opera Mobile for Windows Phone 7
With the announcement of upcoming Opera Mobile 11 and Opera Mini 6 releases, Norwegian browser maker has also revealed that Windows Phone 7 will be receiving its own version of Opera as well (dubbed Opera Mobile).
“In our lineup, all players are equally important–we leave no device behind. Our small and clever pieces of software will give you a 5-star experience, no matter what hardware you prefer”, said Lars Boilesen, the CEO of Opera Software.
Next week should be pretty exciting.
Update: It looks like it might be coming to Windows 7 tablets instead.
SurfCube: 3D Browser on Your Windows Phone 7
Makes 2D UI look obsolete.
Here comes another IE Mobile based web browser for Windows Phone 7 platform.
However, this time it’s all about 3D. By using “cube design”, it allows users to switch between different sides of it and navigate in such fashion.
Furthermore, it supports landscape mode, orientation lock, private browsing mode, accelerometer and even got bandwidth saved.

Private Browsing Mode, Tabbed Browsing for Windows Phone 7 IE
Well, that did not take long.
Yesterday, a new app called Browser+ ($0.99) was included into the Windows Phone marketplace.
Basically, it’s a modified Internet Explorer Mobile shell with the enhanced functionality:
Tabbed browsing
Private (incognito) mode
On the downside, it does not yet support landscape mode.
