IE9 Coming in March 14th

IE9 Coming in March 19thThis is it, after lots of rumors and speculations, Microsoft has finally confirmed Internet Explorer 9 release date.

According to Ryan Gavin, senior director of IE, starting from next Monday, users will be able to download the Final version of Internet Explorer at 9 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time).

So here you have it, if Windows 8 is indeed stated for early 2012 release and company has changed its strategy, expect to see IE10 announcements later this year.

    Yes, the date has to changed to 14th.
    This is really good news. Wondering there is not much gap between RC & Final release, I wonder what all they would have fixed between these two :)
    Hopefully IE is not stopping here, I want another major release for IE10.

      Just downloaded and using IE9. So far, it is quite awesome! A very good job, Microsoft! The graphics acceleration absolutely rocks!
