		<description>From what I&#039;ve read this black domain feature is not targetted at you and me (so you would say its not really useful) but for mum and dad surfers who wouldn&#039;t know what the hell a domain is or where to look for it. They&#039;d be easily confused by http://213.45.98.120/paypal.com

This is still an alpha though, I&#039;m sure refinements will come.</description>
