    Did they also change the bookmark star and the standard favicon or is it just me?

      Hm, I will check that, using IE10 now on Windows 8 RP, it’s really sweet

      Indeed they did.

      I’m one of those people who use Chromium (the open-souce project behind Chrome) on a daily basis and I did notice that they’ve updated the iconset for most of the UI elements.
      I also remember when they changed the UI to be Metro-compatible (the UI felt like it was remade in HTML and CSS).

    Can somebody tell me if the problems with fonts persist? In XP (no hardware acceleration) when accessing pages like Google News the links fonts are not smooth (I would said “jaggy” but I don’t know if thats an acceptable word in American English), having this problem since version 17.
