Ever wanted to know what happened to web browsers before (and after) the world has come to an end? Well, now you can, we have the technology.

Starting with Safari, its market share continues the slide to the bottom, from 61.50% to 60.56% (0.94 point decrease).

Currently holding the second spot in terms of the market share, Android Browser did too lose some points, down from 26.09% to 22.10% (3.99 points decrease).

Opera Mini on the other hand did extremely well last month, up from 7.02% to 10.71% (3.69 points increase).

Slowly and steadily, Chrome continues to march forward, up from 1.14% to 1.48% (0.34 point increase).

And here is another surprise: BlackBerry saw an increase from 1.09% to 1.17% (0.08 point increase).

Maybe December was indeed a month full of miracles. Let’s see if this trend continues.
