You know how you visit a web page only to see 4 different “download” links and being confused on which one is real? Well… Good news for pretty much every single person out there. Starting from June 1st, Microsoft’s SmartScreen Filter (for Internet Explorer and Edge) will become much smarter and better at protecting the users.

According to the software giant, Microsoft will start reporting these ads as unsafe when users goes ahead and clicks on any of those. Thanks to the updated guidelines, here is what ads should not do in order to be marked as safe by the SmartScreen Filter:

Microsoft Edge Will Support Firefox And Chrome ExtensionsNot coming anytime soon though.

Good news for all the potential Edge users and extensions developers out there. During Microsoft Build 2015 conference, the software giant has revealed that their upcoming browser will support both Firefox and Google Chrome extensions.

Although it’s not yet certain how exactly will the users will be able to install add-ons and whether or not developers will have to make deep adjustments, Microsoft’s Joe Belfiore did show Reddit Enhancement Suite, which was ported from the Google’s Chrome version.
