If you are a developer that looks to get his (or her) hands on a device running Firefox OS, then the latest initiative from Mozilla might very well offer just that.

In short, Mozilla is offering devices to the developers that are interested in porting or testing the existing HTML5 apps. If you need an excuse to start drinking on Monday mornings, then we are about to give you two.

As it turns out, Opera Software, which was founded on August 30, 1995, has recently celebrated its 18th birthday, making it one of the oldest browser makers in the world (fun fact: Internet Explorer 1 debuted on August 16, 1995).

Not only that but Google Chrome too was revealed at a similar timeframe (September 2, 2008), which today marks the five years of web browser innovation.
