Google Chrome Extensions: Ready? Set. Go!Good news, as of September 9th, all the upcoming Google Chrome dev builds will have extensions support enabled by default.

In previous releases, it was possible to use Chrome extensions, however, it required additional changes as it was disabled by default.

Although there aren’t lots of extensions yet, it should quickly change as Google prepares stable release with the following feature turned on.

Silverlight 4 on September 11thAccording to ZDNet, Microsoft is planning to demonstrate few features of the upcoming Silverlight 4 release at the International Broadcasting Conference (IBC) in Amsterdam on September 11th.

Two of new features of Silverlight 4 are: multicast support and offline digital rights management (DRM).

Opera 10 Reaches 10 Million Downloads

Opera Software today announced that the final version of Opera 10 has already been downloaded 10 million times during first week of release.

Just for a record: Firefox 3.5 was downloaded more than 5 million times within 24 hours. Safari 4 reached 11 million downloads in 3 days.

Opera has announced that the Opera Browser for Wii will become free again. Also, to compensate people who’ve paid 5 dollars for it, a VC download of user selected NES game will be offered at October.
